Advocate Abdur Rahman is our Bangladeshi Partner. He began practice at Judges Court and Labour Court Dhaka since 2010. He gained extensive experience in different areas of litigation, particularly in the field of labour-related issues, civil and criminal litigation, and N. I Act matter. Now he is regularly practicing in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and Dhaka Labour Court in the areas referred to above. Specifically, writ, labor issues and civil and company matters.

​He is working with many reputed local and multinational company including Chevron Bangladesh, Syngenta and for many foreign individuals.

Apart from litigation he also engaged in advisory practice. As an advisory practitioner. He usually advises local and foreign corporate clients, private individuals, and institutions on property vetting, mortgage, power of attorney, labour law related matters, transfer of properties, service, and human rights. He visited many countries including UK, USA, Cyprus. He provides career advice to students who wish to study abroad.
