Mr. S M Saleh Ahmed (Niru) is our International Partner, living in Bangladesh. He is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and also International Human Rights Activist. He completed LL.B (Hon’s) from International Islamic University Chittagong and LL.M from Eastern University.

He gained widespread experience in different areas of litigation, particularly in the field of Constitutional Law, Company and Commercial Law, Administrative Laws, Arbitration, Intellectual Property Law, Admiralty/ maritime Law, Land Laws and land-related documentation, Banking Laws, Laws relating to Customs and VAT, Income Tax Law, Environment Law, Arbitration, Mediation & Negotiation, Criminal law, Civil Law, Family matters , laws relating to Artha Rin Adalat and Negotiable Instruments Act.

He is also working as a Legal Adviser of renowned companies like Innovation Food and Beverage Limited, Omar Advanced Technology Limited, and 4M Healthcare Limited. In addition, he participated in many international law conferences at home and abroad like the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and India.

In addition, he has been working as an expert in student consultancy and legal matters relating to immigration law since 2012. He provides career advice to students who wish to study abroad. Moreover, he gives proper legal advice to those who wish to migrate abroad.
